This EU / EEA Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") explains how IGAMA, registered in Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), processes, collects, uses, and transfers personal data of users who use the Company's software products, located on the Internet or in applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") or on the websites of other service providers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform," which includes both the Website and the Application).
The Company respects and values the privacy of each visitor to our Website and the users of our services. We collect and use information exclusively in the interests of the Users and in accordance with current data protection laws.
Application of the Policy This Policy applies only if the Company is subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). For other cases, the Company's general Privacy Policy applies.
1. Role of the Company For the purposes of current data protection legislation, the Company is the data controller of the personal data of Users.
