# User Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your personal data from our system, please follow the steps outlined below to submit a request for data deletion:

#### 1. Send an Email

Write an email to [**company@igama.ua**](mailto:company@igama.ua), stating your request for the deletion of your personal data.

#### 2. Provide Necessary Information

In your email, please include the following details to help us identify your account:

* **Full Name**
* **Mobile Phone Number**

#### 3. Submit Your Request

Once we receive your request, our Data Protection Officer will carefully review it. The review process will be completed within **7 calendar days**.

#### Important Notes

* Upon approval of your request, all personal data associated with your account will be securely deleted, except for data that we are legally required to retain.
* You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is finalized.
